Alara Archives ("Alara," "we," "us") provides premium digital growth services for aesthetic practices in the United States and Canada. This notice explains how we collect and use information on alaraarchives.com.

What we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, practice name, message, and how you heard about us).
• Instagram handles and related public profile signals when you use the Med Spa Instagram Audit (bio, public counts, recent public post metadata, captions, and public thumbnail URLs).
• Derived audit outputs (grades, written findings, priorities).
• Basic technical logs (for example hashed IP for rate limiting and abuse prevention).

Why we collect it

• To respond to practice review and contact requests.
• To generate and deliver the Med Spa Instagram Audit and related follow-up.
• To improve our services and, in aggregate, inform industry insights over time.
• To protect the site from abuse and control automated-tool costs.

Public Instagram data

The Med Spa Instagram Audit reads information that is already public on Instagram. We do not ask for your Instagram password. We do not process private accounts. We do not seek protected health information. Please do not submit patient records or other sensitive clinical data through our forms or tools.

Automated analysis

Audit reports are generated with automated systems and may be reviewed by our team. They are not a substitute for a full human growth audit covering brand, website, and booking path.

Email (Canada and US)

If you provide an email address to unlock or receive a report, we use it to send that report and related service follow-up. Marketing messages, where used, require appropriate consent under applicable law (including CASL in Canada). You can ask us to stop at hello@alaraarchives.com.

Retention and sharing

We keep compact audit facts and reports as needed for the purposes above, including aggregate industry learning. We do not sell your personal information. We use processors that help us host the site, send email, measure site usage, and fetch public profile data. We may share information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Site analytics

We use a first-party analytics cookie (PostHog) to understand how visitors move through this site. This applies to audiences in the United States and Canada. We do not show a consent banner.

On your first page in a visit, we store a session-scoped landing path, referrer, and any campaign tags (UTMs) in your browser. Those values are sent with a form submission so we can see how you found us. They are not kept after you close the tab.

The contact form asks how you heard about us. That answer is included with your inquiry.

Residents of certain US states can turn off PostHog capture and persistence for this browser using the control below. This choice is stored locally and does not block the site.

Your choices

Depending on where you live (including certain US states and Canada), you may request access or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Contact hello@alaraarchives.com. We operate for US and Canada audiences and do not target the EU as a primary market.
